About LiveWell Finney County

LiveWell Finney County exists to provide behavioral health services and preventative services to a variety of community members and help those in need gain access to care and health equity, while also educating community members about how to live active and healthy lives.

Our services reach a variety of people within Finney County and beyond. We aim to help the homeless, elders-in-need, at-risk youth, families in transition from welfare to work, intensive rehabilitation populations, families, and many others in need.
