Walk With Ease- A guide too walking for better health, improved fitness and less pain

Our focus is helping you:
Learn that being physically active with arthritis is possible.
Learn how to walk safely and comfortably with arthritis.
Continue walking and explore other exercise and self-management classes.

Overview
Walk with Ease was created for adults with arthritis who want to be more physically active. The class may also help you if you have diabetes, heart disease or other chronic conditions.
Each class includes:
Walking
Health Education
Stretching and Strengthening exercises
Motivational tips
After Six Weeks you will:
Understand the basics about arthritis.
Learn about the link between arthritis, exercise and pain.
Learn how to spot and overcome barriers to staying physically active.
Develop walking plan that will meet your needs.
Improve your flexibility, strength and stamina.
Reduce pain and feel great!
Classes Start : September 14 and meet on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4-5pm at Finney County Extension.
