🌟 LiveWell Weekly Update — November 3, 2025

Helping Our Neighbors Through Healthy Food Donations

This week’s newsletter highlights how choosing nutritious items for food pantry donations can make a lasting impact. Instead of relying solely on processed or shelf-stable foods, consider donating healthier options like canned beans, tuna, brown rice, whole-grain pasta, low-sodium vegetables, and fruit packed in water. These donations support better health, energy, and long-term wellness for local families.

Shop Smart for Good!

LiveWell encourages residents to “Stay Savvy, Donate Smart!” by following LiveWell Finney County on social media for weekly updates on grocery store sales. These updates help donors stretch their budgets and contribute more healthy food to local pantries.
