Our mission is to improve the health, well-being, and safety of the people of Finney County by collaborating to build a better community.
What We Do
LiveWell Finney County Health Coalition is a collaborative network of local leaders, healthcare professionals, and community partners working to improve the health and well-being of residents across Finney County.

By bringing together voices from healthcare, education, government, and social services, we take a strategic, community-wide approach to addressing key health priorities—including access to care, behavioral health, and chronic disease prevention.

Assessment & Strategy
We use the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to identify local priorities and guide our work. Our current focus areas include Access to Care, Behavioral Health, and Chronic Disease Management.

Active Advocacy
We advocate for policies and initiatives that create healthier environments. From supporting youth tobacco prevention efforts like the T-21 initiative to promoting community-wide wellness strategies, we work to create lasting, positive change.

Connecting the Community to Resources
As a central hub for information and support through our coalition members, we maintain the Community Resource Guide for Finney and Grant County to help individuals and families easily access medical care, housing assistance, food support, and other essential services.

Education & Prevention
Through programs such as Safe Kids Finney County and free Mental Health First Aid trainings, we equip residents with practical knowledge and skills to live safer, healthier, and more active lives.
